CHINESE DEMOCRACY(???)

‘Chinese Democracy’? Last year around this time we announced that the album would be released by year’s end. If I’m not mistaken, I think we did so the year before as well. Ooops. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on Chinese Democracy Release Date? Has hell frozen over?me. Well, sources have once again announced that Guns N’ Roses will F-I-N-A-L-L-Y release their decade in the making album, ‘Chinese Democracy’ before the clock strikes 2009 and all the jolly revelers wearing stupid glasses and hats spin around Times Square screaming “happy New Year!” only to realize they just wasted twelve hours of their lives freezing their nuts off with no access to a toilets or beer to watch a tiny ball slide down a pole for sixty seconds. (Trust me. I was there once. 2005 in case you were wondering) I digress. Axl Rose, and um, whomever the hell is still left in GNR have inked a deal to release the album exclusively at Best Buy. Only minor details need to be ironed out, like when (if ever) the album will be released. Do you have any idea how good this album is going to have to be to live up to expectations? The only way for this album not to be a disaster is if it turns out to be the greatest rock album of all time. Right. I predict former GNR members and managers will be laughing all the way to the bank when this thing flops like the Easter Bunny’s ears.
