“Reigning queen of Detroit hip-hop,” Kash Doll shined in Cleveland at The Agora (12.15.2024) on her second stop of The Last Doll Tour as she brought a night of unmatched energy and empowerment.
The show opened with dynamic performances by two other Motor City female rappers, Detroit Barbie and Detroit Diamond. The latter is also a star on the Netflix reality show Rhythm + Flow. Both ladies engaged the crowd in anticipation of Kash Doll’s headlining set.
Promptly at the set time, the curtains rose slowly to showcase Kash Doll in a life-sized Last Doll Barbie box. She wore a silver jeweled corset and shorts with heels to match. And, if you thought that was a spectacle, the rest of the stage was decked out with an all-pink Barbie dream house set, which included a makeup desk and mirror on one side and a closet with racks of shoes on the other. I can’t forget the accent money tree near the front of the stage, a true representation of what it means to live the glamorous life of the last doll.

She was greeted by an intimate audience of screaming fans on their feet, phones ready, and full of energy. Kash Doll did not waste a second starting the show inside the box, and the mic was on! She proved throughout the night why she is the “Reigning queen of Detroit hip-hop,” rapping every line and hitting dance moves while doing it. Kash Doll is a true entertainer! While also showing humility, saying, “ I’m not a dancer, I’m a mother, but I do it for y’all.”

Performing hits like “Ice Me Out,” in which the two background dancers did ice her out with a hefty Cuban necklace, as well as fan favorites “For Everybody,” “Love Myself,” and ‘Comfy’and So Good’ Kash Doll entertained the crowd for a little over an hour, changing outfits throughout as well as picking through the pink closet on stage. After the silver jeweled outfit, she turned heads as her silhouette changed and came out wearing a pink fur coat, a pink latex dress complete with a pink rhinestoned Detroit Tigers hat, and pink high-ankle heels.
The most memorable part of the night had to be when Kash performed her latest single, “Kash Kommandments,” pointing to the Kommandments along the wall with a retractable pointer as the audience roared as eager disciples recited the empowering mantras alongside her. The badass female energy was palpable throughout. Kash’s presence and awareness on stage were refreshing to see she even made it a point to reward a true fan who had been rapping all night with her same energy on stage to perform alongside her. I will always appreciate an artist who shows love to those who support them.
The night was full of electrifying energy and mesmerizing performances brought to Cleveland by The Black Promoters Collective. There are 14 more chances to experience the glamor of the last doll tour. Dress up and live the fantasy with Kash Doll. Don’t miss out!
After this, she will no longer be referred to as a doll, but she will still be a dynamic entertainer who continues to grow and empower others daily!
