INTERVIEW: ALIZÉ CRUZ (SIX The Musical)

SIX the musical is returning to Cleveland. (That’s just 6, not 6-7.)

SIX is a show that has more of a rock concert vibe than that of a traditional Broadway musical. The entire performance is one non-stop musical journey. There are six equal leading ladies, each playing a former wife of Henry VIII. They are in competition to see which one had the worst experience being his beloved. No intermission; just 80 minutes of non-stop historical fun.

CleveRock had the pleasure of chatting with Alizé Cruz, who plays one of Henry VIII’s wives, Katherine Howard. This is her first time performing in Cleveland. Cruz discusses how she got her start in music theater, what she does to stay in top performing shape, and how much she loves her role of Katherine.
