Alex Warren came to Rocket Arena for the first time last night (June 27, 2026). The show celebrated not only his inaugural arena tour, but so, too, did I celebrate my first time writing a concert review for the mighty CleveRock.com! Seeing this 25-year-old TikTok & YouTube star on his victory lap of his 2025 debut LP, ‘You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1)’ for my first review assignment, I absolutely enjoyed his performance! First kisses, first cars, first concert review assignments: all things that won’t soon be forgotten! This show proved to be no exception.
Before Alex graced the stage, the houselights slowly dimmed as home videos from the performer’s childhood were projected on a floor-to-ceiling curtain in front of the stage. Audio recordings of his parents’ voices played between the clips; creating a more personal experience, despite the arena’s size.
Fans quickly rose to their feet as Alex took the stage, performing “Troubled Waters” as he bathed in a beam of yellow light as sparks shot up from the rear of the stage, in sync with the music.
Warren pointed out that the last time he was in Cleveland, he was at House of Blues (which, by my math, less than 10% the audience capacity of tonight’s show). He has come a long way!
During “You’ll Be Alright, Kid,” the mood changed as phone flashlights lit up the arena, while countless sang along through tears.
Between songs, he read signs, accepted thoughtful gifts —including a wedding invitation—thanked everyone for their constant support, and embraced the fun spirit by giving fans in costume 15 seconds of fame. Warren also invited a dedicated fan onstage to trigger the confetti cannon and encouraged three shy girls onstage, helping them build the confidence to dance and giving them a night they would never forget.

Fans’ voices rose throughout the night. At times, so loudly that it drowned out the main attraction.
Equally as impressive was the show’s visuals, which proved entertaining as well as emotionally impactful. Dynamic stage lights. Pyrotechnics. Fog machines. This show used every tool in the stage production handbook to enhance the fan experience (and run up the production bill). In the end, money well spent on these enhancements!
Midway through the set, Warren left the comfort of his high-tech main stage and made his way to a smaller platform that allowed for a more intimate experience for his audience. The special five-song portion of the set was bookended with “Catch My Breath” and “Getaway Car,” the latter which included band member introductions.
Late set highlights included “You Can’t Stop This” and “FEVER DREAM.”
The show closed with “Ordinary,” ending the show on an emotional note. The audience’s enthusiasm never faded.
Noah Cyrus (sister of Miley and Trace), opened the show with a brief 30 minute set. Highlights included mid-set “Way of the World” and “Apple Tree” – saving her biggest hit, “July” as the set closer.
For my first concert for Cleverock, Alex Warren delivered a show that balanced sincere storytelling and amazing production. He really came off as grateful for the life his fans have given him. For my first concert, I could not ask for a more memorable experience.
