COMEDIAN TIM ALLEN TO PERFORM IN CLEVELAND THIS FALL!

Cleveland has had a spring filled with amazing comedy shows with some additional great ones on the books for this summer! And, the early forecast calls for more great comedy this fall with today’s announcement that comedian Tim Allen will be performing at the KeyBank State Theatre in the Playhouse Square complex on Saturday, September 30!

The award-winning actor honed his talents as a stand-up comic throughout the 80’s, providing the perfect lead-in to his highly successful ABC television series “Home Improvement” where he starred as the beloved Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor. For his role, he garnered a Golden Globe Award, an Emmy nomination and was honored with the People’s Choice Award for “Favorite Male Performer in a Television Series” for an unprecedented eight years in a row.

Allen can be seen later this year starring in the second season of the Disney+ limited series “The Santa Clauses” reprising his role as Scott Calvin/Santa. He made his film debut in 1994 playing the holiday icon in “The Santa Clause,” earning him a People’s Choice Award, and went on to reprise his role as Santa in two additional films. Most recently, he starred in the hit FOX sitcom “Last Man Standing” which aired for nine seasons. On the big screen, Allen is famously known for his role as Buzz Lightyear in Disney’s blockbuster “Toy Story” movies alongside Tom Hanks. His other film credits include starring roles in “Galaxy Quest,” “Wild Hogs,” “Jungle 2 Jungle” and “The Shaggy Dog,” among many others.

A limited pre-sale will take place beginning this Thursday, June 8, running through Sunday, June 11, with public onsale beginning on June 12 at 10:00 AM.
