Alice Cooper

Joel Voorman

School is almost out for summer, and it’s time to celebrate with rock legend Alice Cooper!

AC’s first album, “Pretties for You,” was released in 1969, but it wasn’t until their third album, “Love It to Death,” that they achieved commercial success. The album featured the hit single “I’m Eighteen,” which became an anthem for rebellious teenagers.

Cooper’s stage shows became increasingly elaborate and theatrical, featuring fake blood, guillotines, snakes, and other shocking props. His 1972 album “School’s Out” became a huge hit and cemented his status as a rock star.

Throughout the 1970s, Cooper released a string of successful albums, including “Billion Dollar Babies” and “Welcome to My Nightmare.” He also continued to shock audiences with his live shows

Cooper has continued to release albums and tour throughout his career. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011 and has been credited with influencing a generation of musicians with his theatrical stage shows and unique sound.
