Road-warrior Tim Reynolds, fresh off of a five-month trek as lead guitarist for Dave Matthews Band, brings his power trio, TR3 to Cleveland’s Music Box Supper Club on Wednesday, January 26 for what will sure to be one of the best shows of the month!
This tour will mark TR3’s first run since 2019, caused by Tim opting for solo acoustic shows and COIVD opting to shut down the concert industry. 2019 was also the year TR3 released their most recent studio record, ‘The Sea Versus the Mountain.’ Unless they have had some secret material stashed away pre-COVID, this writer speculates that TR3 will be able to dig deep into their diverse catalog on this run.
The guitar God has kept busy during the pandemic and beyond, releasing some incredible videos on his YouTube channel, >>RIGHT HERE<<, which is more than worth your time to check out! Reynolds has released everything from instrumental Peter Gabriel covers to music by JS Bach, showcasing his diverse talents.
Reynolds also did several live streams from his home during the pandemic, which, unlike some artists, were freely available and not locked behind a paywall. (His trusty dog, Buster, was usually by his side.)
Reynolds release a charity single featuring Nikki Glaspi titled “Guardian Angels,” with 100% of proceeds going to support the Charlottesville Public Housing Association of Residents, also known as PHAR. PHAR’s mission is to educate and empower the low-income residents of Charlottesville, VA, a town undergoing sweeping cultural changes, with the ability to protect and improve their community through collective action.
The single can be purchased: RIGHT HERE!
Reynolds will perform with Mr. Matthews in Mexico in an acoustic duo format from February 18-20, which, of course, is 100% SOLD OUT.
