The 2013 CMT Music Awards aired live from the Bridgestone Arena, and featured performances by the biggest and best artists in the genre, including Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, and Luke Bryan.  Florida Georgia Lineand Lambert were the big winners of the night, taking home multiple awards.  For full coverage of the CMT Music Awards, log on to CMT.

Today was another event-filled day for artists and their fan club parties, offering their biggest fans the opportunity for an up close and personal experience.  Casey James’ fan club party was held at The Fontanel at 8:00am this morning, which included Frisbee golf, a commemorative t-shirt, a nylon drawstring bag, as well as breakfast, a private performance, and a Meet & Greet experience.

Craig Morgan’s party was held today at 3rd & Lindsley, offering an acoustic concert, breakfast, a Meet & Greet, and a surprise souvenir, while Lonestar’s fan gala was also held at the same venue later on in the day.

The Country Music Hall of Fame housed a number of events again today.  The 6th Annual GAC Kick-Off Breakfast featured performances from Easton Corbin and Eric Paslay, autograph sessions, admission to the museum, and a country breakfast.   Vince Gill’s fan club party was held in the Ford Theater at 2:00pm, while Kristen Kelly signed autographs and performed outside the HOF at 3:30pm.

The 9th Annual CMA Fest Kick-Off Parade took over downtown Nashville beginning at 11:00am, while Marty Stuart’s annual Late Night Jam kicked off at 10:00pm at the Ryman Auditorium.

And now it’s time, country music fans!  The 2013 CMA Music Festival is upon us in a matter of hours!  We will have extensive coverage throughout the next four days, so stay tuned right here to CleveRock Music Portal!
