Cleveland’s greatest music export over in recent memory mgk, is skipping Northeast Ohio on his current Lost Americana Tour. (BOOOO! HISS!) He did have a stop last night (June 10, 2026) in Pittsburgh-adjacent Burgettstown, PA’s Pavilion at Star Lake. (More BOOOOs for showing up near Cleveland’s rival city instead of near Cleveland!)
That said, mgk put out on what will undoubtedly go down as one of the most exhilarating shows that I’ll see this summer. The crowd trickled in, decked out in mgk-themed apparel, ready to rock and roll (rock and rap?) to mgk’s trademark brand of entertainment. mgk’s fans have built a unique community bond that was apparent on the beautiful summer evening.
After an explosive set that combined a commanding stage presence and powerful vocals from DE’WAYNE, who joins the tour celebrating the release of his 2025 release, ‘june,’ Pittsburgh’s pride & joy, Wiz Khalifa took the stage for a homecoming performance. Many in attendance were as (if not more) excited to see their hometown hero as they were to check out tonight’s main attraction! Fans enthusiastically sang along to many of Wiz’s biggest hits, such as “The Thrill,“ “See You Again,” and “Black and Yellow,” an ode to the Pittsburgh Steelers. (Again, BOOOO!)
As darkness settled over the pavilion, the excitement reached sky-high levels when mgk finally took the stage. The crowd erupted into cheers, with thousands of fans standing, screaming, and holding up their phones to capture the moment as he opened with “FIX UR FACE,” followed immediately by “outlaw overture.”
The stage design reflected the themes of Lost Americana, featuring Lady Liberty, dramatic lighting, and visuals that blended nostalgia with his modern rock-and-roll energy. No production element was accidental. No detail was overlooked.
While his original compositions were the focal point of the show, his early set cover of The Kid Laroi’s “F*CK YOU, GOODBYE” (a track on which mgk is featured on the recorded version) received the biggest ovation of the set at the time he played it!
After “I Think I’m OKAY,” Wiz Khalifa returned to the stage, where he remained for five songs, bookended by “Girl Next Door” and “Mind of a Stoner.” The ebony/ivory combination showcased an incredible chemistry between two masters of their craft that have garnered an overlapping fanbase.
Late set highlights included an unforgettable performance of The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside,” “Bad Motherfucker” and “my ex’s best friend.”
One thing is certain: mgk knows how to connect with his audience. Rather than simply performing songs, he created moments that felt personal. Before performing his song “play this when i’m gone,” a song he wrote for Casie, he spotted her in the crowd and gave a heartfelt few words. After performing it, he let all of Pittsburgh know how grateful he is to be her father. Between other songs in performance, he shared stories about his life, career, and the inspiration behind some of his music.
His relationship with fans went to new heights when mgk brought up two “mini mgk’s” to perform and be a part of his show, which made the crowd roar from seeing him interact with his younger audiences.
The night ended with “cliche” and closer “vampire diaries,” but the memories will last in fans’ minds long after the last notes rang through the pavilion and spilled on to the lawn.

mgk demonstrated his versatility as an artist. He moved seamlessly between emotional songs and high-energy anthems. During slower and more reflective numbers, the audience sang every lyric. The more upbeat songs transformed the crowd into waves of movement, with fans jumping, dancing, and singing along. The energy never seemed to fade, even as the concert headed for its conclusion.
mgk showcased what continues to attract such a dedicated fan base. His passion, energy, and authenticity made the concert memorable from beginning to end. For anyone who attended, it was a night that will be remembered for years to come. He makes Cleveland proud, even if he’s skipping the market on this tour.
