It’s back! The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony makes its triumphant return to Cleveland on April 14, 2012. The Rock Hall has a whole slew of pre-ceremony events including free concerts, free admission to the Museum on induction day, and a free concert featuring the original members of Guns N’ Roses at the House of Blues’ Cambridge Room. Alright, kidding about the last one. But there is enough excitement in the days leading up to the ceremony for all!

Saturday, March 31: A pre-pre-party event: The 60th anniversary of the original Moondog Coronation Ball. Come rock out at The Q with Creedence Clearwater Revisited, KC and The Sunshine Band, Micky Dolenz of the Monkees and Sam Moore of “Sam & Dave.”
Friday, April 6: Bootsy Collins and the Funk Unity Band – Beachland Ballroom hosts the legendary Bootsy Collins of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees Parliament Funkadelic!
Saturday, April 7: Girl Talk – Come check out Greg Gillis (aka Girl Talk) throw a crazy party filled with dance track mashups at Public Hall!
Tuesday, April 10: Rock My Soul: A Gospel Music Celebration Honoring Kirk Franklin – The Rock Hall honors Kirk Franklin in a tribute to rock’s gospel roots at PlayhouseSquare.
Thurday, April 12: Free Concert For Cleveland – The young and young-souled come together as Hall of Fame inductees George Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic join Cleveland’s own Kid Cudi for a night to remember at The Q.
