ONE MONTH UNTIL THE FIRST OHIO FESTIVAL SINCE COVID

One month! One month until the return of music festivals to Ohio since 2019. The leader of the pack to set the bar for all festivals to follow, The Country Fest will take place in North Lawrence June 16 – 19 at Clay’s Park Resort.

Governor and King Mike DeWine has lifted his Health Orders one month to the day ahead of the festival, which removes any capacity restrictions, negates previously installed social distancing rules, and, most importantly, allows citizens to remove these damn masks!

What safety requirements, if any, The Country Fest will voluntarily have in place, have yet to be announced. While I think EVERYONE is sick of the restrictive bullsh*t Ohioans have lived through the past 14 months, The Country Fest organizers certainly realize the responsibility of keeping fans safe and protected. We only get one shot at this. Major COVID outbreaks will send His Majesty DeWine right back to the drawing board for a whole new round of Health Orders.

But….while being cautious, mindful, and respectful of others…let us not be hindered from having a damn good time. Festivals aren’t just about music, they are about the party; country festivals in particular are about partying HARD!

Party hard, indeed! This star-studded lineup that includes Luke Combs, Old Dominion, Cody Johnson, among other big names and hot up-and-comers, the festival also features camping (for an additional fee), a waterpark (included with admission), along with top food & beverage vendors.

Eat, drink & be merry! The Country Fest is back! Long live festivals!
